This webinar will explore the relevance of retrieving Africa’s memories of queerness and the implications of such memories for our times.
The panellists will look into the implications of queer memories in shaping Africa’s ethical values as they play out in the diverse political and cultural contexts of the continent. In doing this, a deliberate retrieval of such relational concepts as Ubuntu will show how Africans can birth a more inclusive society.
